Our partner, the IUCN Centre for Mediterranean Cooperation, is seeking local Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) in Al Hoceima National Park, Morocco, to implement pilot activities aimed at strengthening the sustainability of blue tourism in the park’s area.

Two lots are available: 

 Group 1 – Sustainable Tourism 

• Establishing a Local Ecotourism Cluster (LEC) 

• Training tourism stakeholders 

• Developing new ecotourism products 
• Assessing the environmental and socio-economic impacts of tourism

Group 2 – Park Tourism Management 

• Improving light infrastructure in the park 
• Supporting park management and conservation

Who can apply? 

• Legally registered Moroccan CSOs with an active presence in the Al Hoceima region
• Experience in ecotourism, biodiversity conservation, and local development
• Ability to engage local communities and manage projects funded by international donors 

Depending on their expertise and capacity, organisations can apply for either one or both groups.
